Situated on the new Playa Del Pinet development between the small traditional Spanish town of La Marina and it's magnificent sand dune lined beaches, these two neighbouring quad villas offer excellent modern accommodation capable of sleeping up to 12 adults when rented together. With only a 15 minute drive South from Alicante airport or a 45 minute drive North from Murcia they offer a convenient, modern solution for a relaxing family holiday.

The small town of La Marina remains less commercialised than its nearby neighbours of Guardamar and Santo Pola, but nevertheless some 12 restaurants/bars of varying types and sizes offer menus ranging from traditional Spanish tapas to Mexican, English, Italian and much more. There is a small supermarket, a butchers, 3 bakers, a fishmonger, newsagents, post office and many other small shops in the town itself, whilst if you prefer, there is a larger supermaket on the edge of the town.

The beach at Playa del Pinet is as good as you will find anywhere, with unspoiled sand dunes and miles of golden sand sloping gently into the Med. There are 2 or 3 quaint little restaurants on the beach which offer a variety of dishes throughout the day at extremely attractive prices, although they are usually very busy in the summer, particularly with the locals.

The properties are only a 5 minute walk or 1 minute drive from the beach, whilst it takes a 15 minute stroll to get the town, or 2 minutes by car. Although a car is not essential, we would suggest that even if it is just to provide you with a means to get to and from the airport, and also to help when doing a big supermarket run for water, juice, beer or wine, then it would certainly be worth considering.
