Highlands Reserve offers luxurious homes in a peaceful setting on one of Floridas’ top golf courses – this well established resort is one of our most popular due to the general high standard of accommodation on offer as well as the great location.
This fantastic location offers a wealth of facilities both on site and within a short distance and it's less than a 15 minute drive to the main entrances of Walt Disney World. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and a supermarket nearby on Highway 27 and the I4 interstate is very easily reached for trips further afield.

The Homes at Highlands Reserve
We are delighted to be able to offer a range of homes on Highlands Reserve including the very exclusive ‘AAA’ rated selection of 5 star exquisite homes, all fully air conditioned with 3, 4 or 5 bedrooms. We also feature a beautiful range of 4 star homes at Highlands Reserve, equally as facilitated as the exquisite range of 5 star homes but with less frills.
Each home boasts 1600 to 3200 square feet of luxurious living space and are generally decorated to a very high standard with a fully fitted kitchen including washing machine and tumble dryer, lounge area with sleeper sofa, cable TV plus a DVD player. All bedrooms also feature TV’s with cable and the majority of our homes now boast high speed internet access.
Each villa at Highlands Reserve has a private, screened swimming pool with furnished sun terrace, perfect for enjoying the beautiful Floridian weather - barbecues are generally available for rental. Some of the villas have a jacuzzi which is available for an additional supplement.
As this development is built within one of Orlandos’ largest golf courses, a selection of homes feature views of fairways and conservation.
