Your days on board can be as much a holiday highlight as your days in port. Away from the stresses and schedules of land, you will find your days take on a different pace. How fast the pace is entirely up to you. Perhaps you would like nothing more than to recline by the pool or luxuriate in the jacuzzi? Or a few hours being pampered in the wonderfully serene Oasis Spa? Alternatively, you might want to up the tempo a little. Every ship in the fleet has a fully-equipped gym and many come with fantastic sea views. There are keep fit classes, dance classes, pilates and yoga. Enjoy stylish cafés and bars. Attend an art auction and much more. In fact, every day can be different and every moment special.

Which is why, we are pleased to say, our passengers just keep coming back. Last year an amazing 54% of the passengers that sailed with us had done so at least once before. So, be warned, cruising with us can be addictive

What are the dining arrangements for the evening on board?

Club Dining – available on all ships.

For dinner, with our Club Dining, we have "reserved" sittings at 6.30pm and 8.30pm in the main restaurant(s):

Arcadia - The Meridian Restaurant

Artemis - The Coral Dining Room

Aurora – The Alexandria and Medina Restaurants

Oceana – The Adriatic Restaurant

Oriana – The Peninsular and Oriental Restaurants

Seating arrangements are made on a ‘first come, first served basis’ when you book your cruise. To request your preference for first or second sitting please enquire as to its availability when making your booking. To avoid disappointment you are advised to book as early as possible as sittings are allocated at the time of booking. Also, please let us know at the time of making your booking if you wish to sit with a specific party or request a specific table size. Please remember that tables for two are extremely limited and cannot be guaranteed. Please note also that meal times can vary from time to time, usually on port days, and the main restaurants are non-smoking. You’ll find a card in your cabin when you embark giving details of the restaurant you’ll be dining in and the sitting and table allocated for dinner. Should you have any problems the Restaurant Managers on board will be pleased to assist you.

Select Dining – available on all ships.
As an alternative to Club Dining in the main restaurant, our fleet offers the following Select Dining venues in the evening by reservation. Please note a Select Dining charge applies:

Arcadia - Arcadian Rhodes, created by Gary Rhodes serves British cuisine with a modern twist and The Orchid offers a fusion of Oriental and Asian cuisine.

Artemis - The Grill in The Conservatory offers grills.

Aurora – Café Bordeaux serves informal bistro dinners and The Pennant Grill offers grills.

Oceana – The Plaza serves bistro dinners and The Horizon Grill offers grills.

Oriana – The Terrace Grill serves grills and Le Jardin at The Conservatory serves informal bistro dinners.

Freedom Dining – Arcadia and Oceana

In addition to Club Dining and Select Dining, we are happy to be able to offer Freedom Dining on Arcadia and Oceana. This enables you to dine at any time you wish during the evening:

Arcadia – The Belvedere offers buffet-style fare throughout the evening so you can simply go along anytime you like and choose from a selection of Grill, Italian and Oriental dishes.

Oceana – You may dine in The Ligurian Restaurant at any time between 5.30pm and 10.30pm by reservation. You simply need to notify us at the time of booking and then make your reservations with the restaurant whilst on board. If you do not have a reservation, every effort will be made to accommodate you at the earliest opportunity. If the restaurant is full, you can enjoy a drink at the bar and we shall seat you as soon as possible.

Please note that in the main restaurants aboard Arcadia, Artemis, Aurora and Oriana we offer silver service whereas in the main restaurants on board Oceana we offer a plated service
